It is undeniable that English is the
most common and standard language in the world, therefore, people from non
English speaking countries study it as their second language. They want to
learn the language for some reasons.

게다가 영어권 나라에서 살고 있지 않은 사람들은 제
2외국어로써 영어를 공부하고 있습니다.
그들은 몇 가지 이유로 영어를 배우고 싶어합니다.

People go to English speaking countries such as the USA, the UK and Australia
to study the language. Some of whom are getting masters degree or even
doctorate. It is good for them to get those qualifications in their countries. If
they obtain them, it will be possible to get a job everywhere in the world. It
is also possible for them to alter their citizenship. In addition, if people
from developing countries get a job in other nations, that will be great for
them. Those are advantages to learn English abroad. Some countries have been
accepting immigrants and have been providing working visa to foreigners. One of
the requirements of being accepted as an immigrant is to knowing to speak English.
If they speak English fluently, there is a possibility to change their citizenship.
In Australia, for example, there are so many foreigners who have been living there
for a long time. Most of them try to migrate by applying as an immigrant and it
is not so difficult to have a citizenship for those who already have good
English skills unless they have illegal problems in the past.

Although some countries have stricter requirements, immigration applicants have
more chances to be accepted with more sophisticated English skills.
